Delivery & Shipping
Orders will be shipped via PostNL, FedEX, DHL or UPS
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of pending payment verifications or customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

All orders to be delivered outside The Netherlands are estimate to take 5-10 to be delivered

During promotional periods, please kindly note there may be slight delays to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Times and Costs
Orders with express shipping will be processed within one business day. Orders placed after 9:00am Monday to Friday (GMT+1) will be processed the following business day.

Orders with standard or economy shipping will be processed within three business days.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact our customer service team at info@yjlb.nl for more information.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you your tracking information.

Import Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at YJLB. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Regulations
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Foreign Transaction Fees
Foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction has been settled. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Need to return or exchange your item?
We accept returns for up to 30 days from receiving your order. If you wish to return your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and once authorized, we will send you a case number and Return/Exchange form. Please ensure to include your order number and case number on the Return/Exchange form. We will NOT accept any return packages sent without this information. Please review our Returns & Exchange policy for more information on the return process.

Our Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from receiving your order. Returns and exchanges for YJLB Approved items must be made within 5 days from receiving your order.
All returns must be shipped out within 14 days from receiving your case number.
All incorrect and/or defective items must be reported to us within 7 days from receiving your order.
All returns and exchanges must include the Return/Exchange form provided by our customer service team. 
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay for or refund these fees.
Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
Returned item(s) must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Tags must not be removed, cut or damaged. Returned item(s) must remain unworn and in the original condition in which they left YJLB.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. See full list of final sale items below.
Store Credit and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s). 
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days upon receiving of the item(s).
All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Upon dispute, YJLB reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

Are any of your items incorrect, missing, or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Refunds
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you purchased your order by credit card, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the refund to process. The refund will appear on your next statement after your bank processes the refund.
